Intraarticular injection of MSCs in cartilage lesions shows:

• Significant increase in injury repair

• higher quality repair

• Significantly higher levels of aggrecan (major cartilage protein) showing signs of regeneration of cartilage

Intra-articular injection of MSCs in generalized osteoarthrosis shows:

• Reduction of local inflammation associated with osteoarthritis

• Reduced levels of Metaloprotenasas (enzymes secreted by OA joints and adversely affecting the joint)

• Reduction of joint damage

• Reduction of subchondral bone sclerosis

Additionally it has also been proven effective in complicated fractures, bone cysts, etc
